Ticket System

When you encounter or technical problems with the products, you can sign in Tencent Cloud International Site and follow the prompts on the screen to submit a ticket. We will respond as soon as possible and looking forward to receiving your valuable suggestions. Ticket links:
Ticket submission: Submit a ticket
Tciket status query: Ticket list
A ticket can have the following status:
Unprocessed: A newly submitted ticket, or a ticket received by technical support personnel but the assessment is not yet completed. You can supplement and close unprocessed tickets.
Processing: Technical support personnel has received the ticket and is assessing it, and it is in the process of implementation. You can supplement and close the tickets in progress.
More information required: The technical support team has received and reviewed the ticket, but more information is required. You can close the ticket at this stage.
Note:
When the ticket marked as "pending supplement" is re-submitted with additional information, it will revert to "pending processing" status.
Closed: The ticket has been resolved, or you have closed the ticket before it was processed.
