Billing Mode
The billing cycle for Anti-DDoS EIP configuration fees is an hour, and the payment mode is postpaid. The specific billing and crediting time is subject to the actual Billing Statement. Billing for Anti-DDoS EIP configuration fees starts when you apply for an Anti-DDoS EIP and stops when you release it. The billing duration is counted regardless of whether the EIP is bound to cloud resources.
The billing duration is precise down to the second. Fees incurred in the last hour are settled and deducted once per hour. If the duration is less than an hour, fees will be billed according to the time proportion (billing seconds / 3,600 seconds).

Anti-DDoS EIP configuration fees = Unit price of Anti-DDoS configuration fees x Billing duration.

While Anti-DDoS EIP configuration fees are being charged, IP address resource fees and public network fees are also billed normally. For details about IP address resource fees and public network fees, see Billing Overview. Billing Example
Assume that you use an Anti-DDoS EIP in the Hong Kong (China) region between 09:00:00 AM and 09:29:59 AM. The Anti-DDoS EIP configuration fee incurred is: 0.042 USD/hour x (1,800/3,600) hours = 0.021 USD, which will be settled and deducted in the next hour (between 10:00:00 AM and 10:59:59 AM).

To avoid incurring unnecessary Anti-DDoS EIP configuration fees and IP resource fees, when you no longer need the protection capability of Anti-DDoS EIPs, release the resources promptly.
