TMP authentication support
Add auth authentication to probe-prometheus.
Pass environment variables such as token and appid to the node-annotator and init container, and decode them.
Add the prometheus client authentication feature to node-annotator, and update the image to v3.2.1. 
Adapt promql statements that use ip as the node exporter reporting label, and fix the bug where data cannot be queried.
This upgrade does not affect existing services. During the upgrade process, the component may be unavailable. It is recommended to upgrade during off-peak hours.
