Introduction to the Resource Bundle

Enterprise Drive currently offers data packages for users to purchase, to offset the downstream traffic of the public network consumed by users that exceeds the free quota. The resource pack (prepaid) method involves pre-purchasing processing resources before the service is used. Users can pre-purchase resource packs for corresponding services to offset the costs incurred by the processing services used.
Note:
Enterprise Drive resource packs take effect immediately upon purchase and remain valid for the same period as the Enterprise Drive service. The resource packs will become invalid and unusable after the Enterprise Drive service expires.
Resource packs support stacked purchases, meaning that resource usage is accumulated during the validity period. Multiple resource packs are deducted in chronological order of purchase. For specific details on the free quota, see the Free Quota document.
During the validity period of the resource pack, the default deduction logic of the system will settle in the order of free quota > resource pack.
Once both the complimentary traffic and purchased traffic resource packs are depleted, features involving outbound traffic for the public network and CDN back-to-origin traffic (such as downloading and previewing) will become unavailable. To avoid affecting your normal usage, additional traffic resource packs should be purchased promptly.
Traffic resource packs correspond to Enterprise Drives. If you have purchased multiple Enterprise Drives, you need to purchase corresponding traffic resource packs separately to offset the costs.

Resource Package Management

1. Log in to the Enterprise Cloud Drive console and go to the Resource Package Management page.
2. You can view all information about your resource packages and perform related operations:
Dedicated domain or Enterprise ID: indicates the cloud drive to which the resource pack belongs. Traffic resource packs correspond to Enterprise Drives. If you have purchased multiple Enterprise Drives, you need to purchase corresponding traffic resource packs separately to offset the costs.
Resource Package Type: indicates the type of resource package. Currently, only packages for public network downstream traffic are available.

Usage Description: displays the specifications and usage status of the resource package.
Validity Period: The validity period of the resource pack matches that of the cloud drive.
Operations: For purchased resource packs for traffic, you can request a refund provided that the refund conditions are met. For specific restrictions and procedures, see Refund Instructions.
