Parsing and Splitting Intervention

After uploading documents through the default knowledge base and shared knowledge base in the application, the system will store the documents as segmented slices after parsing and splitting. The parsing and splitting intervention feature supports manual intervention on the parsed and split slices.

Entry for Parsing And Splitting Intervention Function

In Knowledge or Application Knowledge Management, you can intervene in document parsing and splitting. The following uses application knowledge management as an example:
1. Click Knowledge Management, select the knowledge base to split and intervene.

2. On the document list in the knowledge base, click "More", select the "Parsing and Splitting Intervention" feature.

Note:
In application knowledge management, you can only segment and intervene in the default knowledge base under the application. If needed, please go to the knowledge base module to set other knowledge bases.

Slice Intervention

Enter the slice management page from the feature entrance. The left side of the page supports View original text, while the right side supports Manage slices. Click the slice area to locate the page number in the original text.



Supports modifying slices, adding new slices, and deleting slices. After editing a slice, click "Submit Modifications" in the upper right corner.



Note:
1. WPS documents do not support preview.
2. Table type documents do not support locating the original content through slices, adding new slices, or modifying slice content.
If the uploaded file is a table document, the system will intelligently parse it into structured tables and unstructured tables. If the table is structured, click Parsing and splitting intervention in the file list. On the secondary page, structured display is supported.
