Currently, Tencent Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF) provides two product forms: SaaS WAF and CLB WAF, along with multiple package tiers. For details, see Instance Package Pricing. You can select different forms and package tiers of WAF products based on your business requirements.
SaaS-based WAF and CLB-based WAF region support details. For details, see Supported Regions.
WAF supports a single billing mode of yearly/monthly subscription (prepaid), and a combined billing mode of yearly/monthly subscription (prepaid) + elastic (postpaid).

Billing Mode

WAF billing is based on a combination of Basic Plan + Extended Configuration or Add-ons capabilities:
Basic Plan (mandatory): It can be purchased in the Prepaid Mode on a yearly/monthly subscription basis. For details on packages and extension packs, see the pricing on the Purchase Page.
Extended Configuration (optional): After users purchase the basic package, they can buy Extra domain package and Extra capacity package (QPS capacity package) as needed to expand instance specifications.
Add-ons (optional): After purchasing the basic package, users can choose to buy Log storage package and BOT management.
Note:
For the expiration handling instructions of WAF prepaid, see the Prepaid Billing.
