This document lists the overdue payment instructions for two scenarios: overdue payments for the account and overdue payments for the cloud resource bound to the EIP.
Payment Overdue
The overdue payment policy for accounts varies based on the billing mode for the public network fees, as shown below:
Billing by Monthly Subscription
Overdue payments for the account have no impact on billing by monthly bandwidth subscription, which is only related to the expiration time of the resource.
From 7 days before the monthly bandwidth subscription of your general BGP IP address expires, the system will send you expiration alerts and renewal notifications. If you fail to renew the monthly subscription EIP before its expiration time, it will enter a 7-day isolation period 7 days after the expiration time (the IP address is unavailable in the isolation period). If you fail to renew the EIP in the isolation period, it will be released after the isolation period ends.
One day after the monthly bandwidth subscription of your dedicated BGP IP address expires, it will enter a 7-day isolation period (the IP address is unavailable during this period). If you fail to renew the EIP in the isolation period, it will be released after the isolation period ends.
Billing by Traffic and Billing by Hourly Bandwidth

Note
When your account has overdue payments, if you have a traffic package (TP) that has not expired and is not used up:
Standard account: Resources billed by traffic can be used normally.
Traditional account: Resources billed by traffic will normally trigger service suspension, unbinding, and release. The existence of the TP has no impact on the lifecycle of the resource.
Overdue Payments for Bound Cloud Resources
When the bound cloud resource has overdue payments, the EIP will be automatically unbound and enter the idle charging status. If you confirm that you will no longer use it, go to the console promptly to Release the EIP.
