1. Payments will be proportionally refunded to the payer's Tencent Cloud account in accordance with the payment method (cash or gift card) and percentage.
2. Refund = currently effective order amount (with discounts and vouchers applied) + ineffective order amount - used resource value
Note:
If the value of used resources is greater than the sum of the currently effective order amount and the ineffective order amount, the refund amount will be 0, and no additional fees will be charged.
3. If a resource is refunded and then restored, it cannot be refunded again within 6 hours.
