Expiration Warning
An expiration reminder message for your purchased service will be pushed to you within the seven days before the service expires. This message will be sent via email and SMS to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, as well as to global resource collaborators and financial collaborators.
Recycling Mechanism
The service is valid for one calendar year from the date the order takes effect. Within the seven days before the service expires, the system will send you an expiration reminder notification. If your service remains unused after its validity period ends, the system will release the service's resources approximately 24 hours after expiration. The expired service will be cleared and can no longer be used.

If you have a special reason for requesting a refund, please contact us to apply. We will process your refund request based on the reason you provide.
