Enterprise Application Permissions
1. By default, users other than administrators can only view the applications they created within the current workspace.
2. To view applications created by other users, you can set data permissions for all applications or specific ones. Set the permissions to Can be viewed and Can be edited, or add the Add to Favourite Apps permission from Advanced Customization.
