Scenarios
You can log in to the Tencent Cloud KMS (Compliant) console to enable/disable a created data encryption key (DEK). This document describes how to enable/disable a DEK through the console.
Operation Steps
Single Operation
1. Log in to the KMS (Compliant) console. In the left sidebar, click Key Management > data key. 2. On the data key management page, select the key whose status you want to change. In the Operation column, choose More > Enable, Disable to enable or disable the key.
Batch Operations
1. On the data key management page, select multiple keys whose status you need to change.
2. Above the list, click Enable Key or Disable Key. The system will then pop up a confirmation dialog as shown below, confirming the status of the keys involved in this batch operation.
3. After confirming the details, click OK to batch enable or disable the keys.
