Free Quota Description

Enterprise Drive will calculate the complimentary traffic allowance based on 10GB of public network downstream traffic per license per month. The calculation formula for the free traffic grant is as follows:
Complimentary traffic for first-time purchase of cloud drive = 10GB × number of licenses × purchase duration
Additional complimentary traffic for renewal = 10GB × number of licenses × renewal duration
Additional complimentary traffic for additional licenses = 10GB × number of additional licenses × remaining months (rounded up to the nearest month, meaning any fraction of a month is counted as one month, not exceeding the total purchased months)
Note:
Complimentary traffic is granted as a one-time allocation and shared across the entire Enterprise Drive. All users can utilize the granted traffic without monthly usage limits. For example, if an enterprise receives 1000GB of complimentary traffic, all its users may freely consume this allocation until the complimentary traffic is fully consumed.
Allowance of complimentary traffic takes effect simultaneously with the order and remains valid for the same period as the Enterprise Drive. Upon expiration of the Enterprise Drive, the complimentary allowance becomes unavailable.
Complimentary allowance can be accumulated. Within the validity period, each renewal or increase in license quantity may grant additional complimentary allowance multiple times, which will be deducted in chronological order of granting.
The default deduction logic for the system will settle in the order of complimentary allowance > resource pack.
Complimentary traffic and self-purchased traffic resource packs are fully consumed, features involving public network downstream traffic and CDN back-to-origin traffic (such as downloads, previews, and so on) will become unavailable. To avoid impacting your normal usage, promptly go to the Enterprise Drive management page to purchase traffic resource packs.
Complimentary allowance corresponds to the Enterprise Drive. If you purchase multiple Enterprise Drives, the complimentary allowance can only be deducted against downstream traffic of the public network consumed by the corresponding Enterprise Drive.

Example of Complimentary Allowance

Purchase

Suppose an enterprise purchases an Enterprise Drive with 30 users for a term of 3 months. The calculation of the complimentary allowance is as follows:
Complimentary traffic for first-time cloud drive purchase = 10GB/person/month × 30 persons × 3 months = 900GB
The enterprise will receive 900GB of complimentary allowance for downstream traffic on the public network, which remains valid for the same period as the Enterprise Drive.

Renew

Suppose an enterprise has an existing plan with 30 users and wishes to extend its validity period by 6 months. The calculation of the complimentary allowance granted upon renewal is as follows:
Additional complimentary traffic for renewal = 10GB/person/month × 30 persons × 6 months = 1800GB
The enterprise will receive an additional 1800GB of complimentary allowance for downstream traffic on the public network due to the renewal operation, with the validity period of the allowance aligning with that of the Enterprise Drive.

Upgrade

Suppose an enterprise wishes to increase the number of users in its existing plan from 30 to 50, with a remaining validity period greater than 3 months but less than 4 months. The calculation of the complimentary allowance granted during the upgrade is as follows:
Additional complimentary traffic for additional licenses = 10GB/person/month × (50-30) persons × 4 months = 800GB
The enterprise will receive an additional 800GB of complimentary allowance for downstream traffic on the public network due to the upgrade operation, with the validity period of the allowance aligning with that of the Enterprise Drive.

Description of Traffic Deduction Examples

Suppose a user has 800GB of complimentary traffic allowance and has purchased a traffic resource pack with a capacity of 1000GB. When the actual traffic usage reaches 1500GB, the settlement follows the deduction sequence of complimentary allowance > resource pack. The complimentary allowance is first applied to offset 800GB of traffic usage, and the resource pack then covers the remaining 700GB. After deduction, the traffic resource pack retains a remaining balance of 300GB.
The calculation formula is as follows:
The traffic to be deducted using the resource pack = 1500 - 800 = 700GB.
Remaining available allowance of the traffic resource pack = 1000 - 700 = 300GB
