Quickly splice and edit HLS videos in VOD to generate new media in HLS format.
Quickly splice or edit the generated video to generate a new FileId and solidify it. After successful solidification, the new video file exists independent of the original input video and is not affected by deletion of the original video.
Note: Enable reception of editing solidification event notifications through the ModifyEventConfig API. After successful solidification, you will receive a PersistenceComplete event notification. Before receiving this event notification, you should not delete or reduce the storage class of the original input video. Otherwise, playback of the video generated by splicing and clipping may be abnormal.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
