Refunds are supported for FWM yearly/monthly subscription services. You can submit a ticket to request a refund, and the refund amount is calculated based on the actual usage duration. Vouchers (promo vouchers/discount vouchers) used at the time of purchase are not refundable. Non-voucher fees used at the time of purchase are refunded to the payer's Tencent Cloud account based on the payment method (cash/free credit/cash voucher) and payment proportion. Refunds are not supported for the FWM pay-as-you-go service.
