Service Suspension Upon Expiration
After the enterprise cloud drive expires, all services will become unavailable. If you complete the operation to extend the validity within 30 days from the expiration date, you can continue to use the enterprise cloud drive normally. For details about the extension operation, see the documentation for Billing Overview > Package Renewal. If your enterprise cloud drive fails to renew within 30 days after expiration (including the 30th day), it will be considered as you not renewing. Tencent Cloud will start releasing resources at 00:00 on the 30th day after expiration, and all your data will be destroyed and cannot be recovered.
Service Suspension due to Violation
The enterprise cloud drive provides a feature for sharing public links. When public link data is accessed or disseminated on the public network, you must comply with relevant laws and regulations. If the content being disseminated violates regulations, Tencent Cloud will dispose of it according to the law, and serious violations may result in permanent account bans.
