Overview

After you initiate a test run for a workflow or task in the orchestration space, you can view historical test run information in Run Records. Run records are displayed hierarchically by "Workflow → Task → Result". You can filter them by time, status, run granularity, and operator, and view the results, logs, and code of each run.
When a test run writes unexpected data (for example, non-idempotent writes contaminate table data), you can use run records to identify which task, which run, and who initiated the run that caused the issue.

Result hierarchy
Result hierarchy is displayed only for SQL tasks that can be split into multiple results.

Entries

Go to Ops center in the WeData console, and select Run Records in the left navigation pane.

Operation Steps

Step 1: Filtering Run Records

Set the filter conditions at the top of the page and click Query. Click Reset to restore the default conditions.

Time Zone
The local time zone is selected by default. Times in the list are displayed based on the selected time zone.
Start Time
Select a range consisting of start dates and times. Runs whose start time falls within this range will be filtered out.
Running status
Supports multiple selection and select all. Options: Pending, Running, Terminating, Terminated, Succeeded, Failed, Skipped, Not Run.
Run Granularity
Workflow granularity / Task granularity.
Operator
Select from the drop-down list. Search and multiple selection are supported.

Step 2: Viewing the Run Record List

The list is displayed hierarchically by run granularity. Click the arrow at the beginning of a row to expand the next level.

Step 3: Viewing Run Details

Click View Details at any level to open the execution result panel below the list. The panel content varies depending on the selected level.

Workflow test run result panel: the left side shows the task list (filtering by status is supported), and the right side allows switching to view the result, log, and code of the selected task.
Task
Task test run result panel: displays only the result, log, and code of this run.
Result
Displays the task test run result panel and automatically locates the selected result.
