Domain name for API request: cynosdb.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.
This API is used to modify the download source limits for backup files of a user in the current region. It can be set to allow downloads from both private and public networks, only from a private network, or from designated VPCs and IPs within a private network.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
