Billing Mode

SMH adopts the postpaid method to charge all fees. Billing items include storage fees, traffic fees, and user service fees. The product charges based on actual usage, adopting the postpaid of monthly settlement method. Bills for the current month are issued on 3 - 7 of the following month, and fees are deducted from the account.

Must-Knows

english Storage costs are calculated based on the actual storage capacity and the actual storage duration.
Upstream traffic on the public network refers to the traffic generated when data is uploaded from local to the SMH service, and upstream traffic on the public network is free of charge.
Public network downstream traffic refers to the traffic generated when data is downloaded from SMH via the public Internet to local user environments or clients. Operations such as file download, preview, and editing will consume traffic.
User service fees are charged based on the peak number of actual users on the business side in the current month and the actual usage time. If you use SMH to set up personal drives, the number of users will be calculated based on the peak number of spaces (that is, the number of personal drives). If you set up enterprise drives, the number of users will be calculated based on the peak number of users within the enterprise.
If your number of users exceeds 100,000, please contact us for detailed communication.

Freeze Mechanism for Billing

After the current month's settlement is completed, 120% of the billed amount for this month will be frozen as an estimated fee for the next month. During the next month's settlement, the frozen amount from the previous month will be unfrozen first, followed by charging for the actual usage of the current month.

Overdue Payment Instructions

1. When a user account is in arrears (account balance less than 0), the SMH service will suspend services 24 hours after the account falls into arrears.
2. After you receive an overdue payment notification, go to the Top-up Center in the console to top up your account to prevent any impact on your business.
3. If you have any questions about your billing details, you can view and verify them on the Resource Bill page in the console.

Refund

SMH currently does not support refunds.
