Expiration Warning

Pay-as-You-Go (postpaid)

Performance Testing Service adopts pay-as-you-go mode, billed daily. At a fixed time on the previous day of the settlement day, the system calculates the charges for the VUM consumption, generates a bill, and automatically deducts the fees from the account balance.
If your Tencent Cloud account has insufficient available balance to pay the bill or the available balance is negative when the pay-as-you-go resources are billed, it is considered overdue. The system will send an overdue notification to you by means of voice call, SMS message, email, and site message. You may check for the actual receiving method and recipient configuration in Message Center > Subscription Management.

Overdue Payment Warning

If your Tencent Cloud account is overdue, the system will immediately suspend the services related to that account. After the suspension, postpaid deduction cannot be conducted anymore for performance testing. You need to top up your account to have the available balance become positive to resume postpaid deduction for performance testing.
Note:
If you have any questions on the billing details, you can go to Bills > View Bills to view and check the billing details.

Resource Recycling Mechanism

After the service suspension caused by payment overdue, the performance testing scenarios will be retained, and you can still view your performance testing scenarios. However, you cannot start the performance testing tasks that apply postpaid deduction. You may top up your account to have the available balance become positive to resume the performance testing tasks.
