Which materials require copyright certificates?

When materials involving celebrities, brand logos, and non-self-designed images are used, you must submit copyright certificates. Tencent Cloud is not responsible for any disputes arising from copyright issues.

Where can I download the copyright certificate template?

What are the requirements for issuing a copyright certificate?

After downloading the certificate template, you need to fill in the company name, AppID, activity name, and event ID, sign it with the date, and affix the official seal (if applicable). The Original Copyright Statement must be filled in and duly executed by the activity applicant, and the Copyright Authorization Statement must be filled in and duly executed by the copyright owner.

How to submit the copyright certificate?

After both the original copyright and authorized copyright statements are duly exectued, you can take a photo of the documents or scan the documents. Submit a copy of the photo or the scanned document in the Face Fusion Console > Material Management > Material Management in an activity> Upload Copyright Evidence.
