If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the rules regarding resources when there are overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.
You cannot go to the console after your subscription expires.
All your protection will be disabled 7 days after your subscription expires. Traffic protection will be disabled, but your configurations will be retained and you can renew your subscription to restore your configurations.
All your Cloud Firewall resources will be deleted 14 days after your subscription expires. Your configurations will be deleted and cannot be recovered. In this case, you have to re-purchase and configure again.

During the product arrears period (i.e., within 14 days after the product expires and before the system recovers resources), the Cloud Firewall will not charge for retaining resources. If you renew during the product arrears period, your package's available duration will be calculated from the product's expiration time, rather than from the time you renew. If you wish to recalculate the available duration of the package, please destroy the resources and repurchase the Cloud Firewall package.
