Expiration Warning
The yearly/monthly subscription fee for software purchased within the resource group will trigger an expiration warning sent to users within 7 days before expiration. The alert message will notify the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, as well as global resource collaborators, financial collaborators, via email and SMS.
Pay-as-you-go
Overdue Payment Warning
The system will account for the consumption of the pay-as-you-go resources and complete the deduction and generate the bill. When your account balance becomes negative, an Overdue Payment Warning will be sent via email and SMS to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, global resource collaborator, and financial collaborator.

Selecting from CVM Instances (Resource Group) - Notes on Expiration for Yearly/Monthly Subscription Resources

If auto-renewal is enabled and your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically deduct fees on the resource expiration date.
If auto-renewal is not enabled and the node is not renewed before expiration (including the expiration day), the node will be released upon expiration and cannot be retrieved.

From the moment the account balance and frozen funds become negative:
Within 2 hours, the Pay-as-you-go nodes of the TI-ONE resource group can continue to be used and will continue to be charged.
After 2 hours, the Pay-as-you-go nodes of the TI-ONE resource group will be automatically recycled and the charging will stop.
