Failed to connect to TDSQL-C for MySQL from the Database Management Center (DMC) console.

Self-Check and Handling

Issue with the Host Addresses Authorized to an Account: The Database Account Restricts Access of Specific Host Addresses

Ensure that in the host restriction settings for the login account, all IP addresses have been authorized to access the DMC server in the region. For authorization, refer to Modifying Authorized Host Address. You can also use % to allow all IP addresses and restrict database access sources only through security groups.

Password Issue: The Password Is Incorrect

If you confirm that the IP addresses have been authorized, the issue may lie in an incorrect password. Enter the correct password. Alternatively, you can reset the password or create a temporary account with the required permissions to log in to the database.
