When your account has an overdue payment, the system will send you a payment reminder. After receiving the notice, promptly go to the Billing Center in the console to top up, so as not to affect your business.
About Postpaid Settlement and Service Suspension Rules
Billing cycle: The postpaid billing cycle for the eKYC product is monthly. From the 1st to the 3rd of each month, the total number of API calls from the previous month is calculated for settlement and a corresponding bill is generated, and the system automatically deducts the fees.
Service suspension trigger: If your account balance becomes negative after settlement and deduction, the eKYC service will be suspended after 24 hours. After suspension, even if your previously purchased prepaid bundles still have remaining quota, the resource bundles will also be suspended from deduction.
Restore service: After you top up and your account balance becomes positive, the service will automatically resume, and the deduction capability of prepaid resource bundles will also be automatically restored.
To avoid affecting your business, promptly, visit the Tencent Cloud console's Billing Center to top up after an arrears notification is received.
