Tencent Cloud Face Recognition provides online API call services and adopts a postpaid (monthly settlement) billing mode based on the number of calls. Bills are generated and fees are automatically deducted between the 1st and 3rd day of the following month.
Billing mode: Currently, only postpaid billing mode is supported. Purchasing prepaid resource packs for deduction is not supported.

Billing by Number of Calls - Postpaid (Monthly Settlement)
Postpaid billing uses tiered pricing: tiers are determined by the total number of monthly calls, and the higher the call volume, the lower the unit price. The postpaid pricing is as follows:

Liveness detection (high precision) is charged at a fixed unit price and does not vary with monthly call volume tiers.
All face search APIs incur fees, and their calls will be combined into face search calls. Settlement method
Tiered Billing Rules
After the total number of monthly API calls reaches a tier, all calls will be billed at the unit price of the tier. The higher the tier, the lower the unit price.
Example: If the monthly call volume is 5 million (falling into the second tier of 3 million to 15 million), all 5 million calls are billed at the unit price of the second tier.
Billing and Settlement
The bill for the previous month is generated and issued between the 1st and 3rd day of the following month, and the system automatically completes settlement. (Ensure that your account has sufficient balance.)
Example of Cost Calculation
Example 1 (Tier 1)
If a user calls the face comparison API 2 million times in a month (≤ 3 million, applicable to the first tier unit price), the fee is calculated as follows: 2,000,000 × 0.0008 = 1,600 (USD).
Example 2 (Tier 2)
If a user calls the face comparison API 5 million times in a month (3 million < call volume ≤ 15 million, applicable to the second tier unit price), all 5 million calls are billed at the second tier unit price. The fee is calculated as follows: 5,000,000 × 0.0006 = 3,000 (USD).
