Attention:
If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner and your account is in arrears, the handling rules for product resources under such circumstances shall follow the agreement stipulated in your contract with the partner.
Overdue Payment Status
When your account has an overdue payment, we will send overdue payment isolation reminder notifications via email/SMS to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account and all collaborators on the day of expiration and thereafter.
Service Suspension Status
KMS will suspend its service 24 hours after your account has an overdue payment. At that point, your access to KMS will be denied, but your key data will continue to be retained. Key storage and API call activities performed while the service is suspended will not be billed.
Resource Reclamation
To ensure the integrity of your sensitive data, KMS does not proactively reclaim resources. After your account balance is restored, you can normally use your original key data.
